Delivery and returns

Parcel locker €3.99, free from €79.00 (small and medium items); Courier to your door €6.90, free from €149.00 (small and medium items); Large item delivery to your door €39.00, free from €1,500.00 (large items). Furniture and garden products are delivered free of charge.

In-stock exercise machines and bikes: 2–4 working days. Furniture and garden products from the European warehouse: 5–10 working days to your door. Products marked “to order”: 1–3 weeks; we confirm the date by email.

To all 27 EU countries. In Estonia small items go to a parcel locker of your choice and large items by courier to your door. For other EU countries we calculate the delivery cost for each order and confirm it by email before payment.

Professional kitchen equipment is sold by quote request. Delivery or pick-up is agreed individually; equipment can be viewed by appointment and loaded with a forklift.

Yes. Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from receiving the goods. Notify us by email, return the product in its original condition and we refund the payment within 14 days. The customer pays the return shipping.

New products carry at least 24 months of warranty (the legal right to claim for non-conformity). Used commercial kitchen equipment is sold as inspected; its condition is described on the product page.

Bank transfer by invoice. Companies receive a VAT invoice.
